Shipping Policy
Each piece of Hny Drpd is custom made just for you. Processing of orders is typically 7-14 days. This allows us enough time to hand craft you the newest Art piece for your collection. If there is a concern with your order please reach out via email during our operational hours.
Shipping is based on the options provided at checkout. Every order will get a order number when placed, and a corresponding shipping number for tracking when your order is on its way. Shipping tracking is available through our site links when you sign into your account. Thank you for your investment in the Art community, we are glad you are here.
Return & Exchange Policy
If a item is damaged please email us with photos, and a short statement of what is wrong with the item(s). Each package comes with satisfaction insurance, If a item proves to have arrived damaged a return shipping label will be emailed and your item will be replaced.
Hny Drpd does not replace items for exchanges of size ( unless it is shown that the costumer was sent the incorrect size by Hny Drpd). We do not replace/ exchange items due to a change of interest, or change color. Each artisanal piece is Double Dyed with our signature technique and hand crafted for your order. Pieces a part of the Artist Collaboration are certified individual pieces of art, and all pieces are collectables therefore cannot be returned.
